Annual Function of M.K.G. Junior High School Celebrated with Pomp and Show
Bahraich: The annual function of M.K.G. Junior High School, located in Dargah, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur on Saturday evening. The event was inaugurated by Matera MLA, Mariya Shah, who emphasized the importance of education in shaping lives and appealed to parents to prioritize their daughters' education alongside their sons'.
The MLA praised the children’s captivating performances, which conveyed powerful messages about patriotism, social unity, and awareness on pressing issues such as girl education, drug eradication, and the ill effects of excessive mobile phone use. Highlighting the significance of such programs, Shah stated, "These children are the future of our country. Such initiatives not only enhance their talents but also instill a sense of responsibility and patriotism."
The event featured an array of impressive performances, including dances, songs, and dramas, all centered on promoting moral values, family bonds, and social awareness. The audience was particularly moved by the children's presentations that emphasized the diversity of the nation and the importance of respecting elders and family values.
The program was skillfully conducted by students Zainab and Alina, along with teacher Miss Tamjid. School Principal Mohammad Zakir expressed gratitude to all the parents and dignitaries for their presence and support.
