Gaurishankar Bhaniramka Reappointed as District President of Vyapar Mandal, Traders Extend Congratulations


Bahraich, October 24 – In a significant decision by the provincial leadership of the Uttar Pradesh Udyog Vyapar Mandal, Gaurishankar Bhaniramka has once again been appointed as the District President of the Vyapar Mandal in Bahraich. This marks the continuation of his leadership role for the past 37 years. Along with this, Brijmohan Matanhelia has been chosen as the new District General Secretary, marking his first appointment to the position.


The decision was announced by Provincial President Mukund Bihari Mishra, Chairman Mahendra Jain 'Mayur', General Secretary Dr. Dilip Seth, and Headquarters Incharge Sunil Pandey, along with other provincial leaders. Both appointments have been made for a three-year term, from 2024 to 2027, across all districts in Uttar Pradesh.


The reappointment of Gaurishankar Bhaniramka has been met with great enthusiasm among the trading community in Bahraich. In a ceremony organized at the establishment of Vyapar Mandal patron Ashok Matanhelia, senior officials of the Vyapar Mandal honored Bhaniramka by garlanding him and draping a shawl around his shoulders. Brijmohan Matanhelia, the newly appointed General Secretary, was also welcomed with a garland.


Expressing his gratitude, District President Bhaniramka said, “I am deeply honored to receive this responsibility once again, a responsibility I have held for more than three decades. My priority has always been to solve the issues faced by traders and protect their interests. I will continue to work tirelessly in this direction with the support of all my fellow traders.”


Newly appointed General Secretary Brijmohan Matanhelia echoed Bhaniramka’s sentiments, stating, “I am fully committed to addressing the challenges faced by the trading community and bringing necessary reforms to the sector. With dedication and hard work, I aim to fulfill the trust that has been placed in me by the state leadership.”


The meeting saw the presence of several district and city officials of the Uttar Pradesh Udyog Vyapar Mandal, as well as representatives from various business organizations. The trading community of Bahraich extended their heartfelt congratulations to both Bhaniramka and Matanhelia on their appointments.
